Every project begins with a conversation. We like to meet our clients in person, ideally onsite, so we can understand the scope of the space.

We take time to learn about your interests, what inspires you and how you would like your collection to evolve. During this meeting, we will also discuss project timelines, budgets and fees, shaping a clear brief to guide next steps.

In response to the brief, we will prepare an initial presentation tailored to each space. This includes a considered mood board of artworks.

Following your feedback, we will present a refined selection of available works for each location, accompanied by artist profiles and relevant market context, where appropriate. Alongside this, we will provide a clear schedule of proposed costs.

Once works are selected, we will liaise directly with galleries and artists to secure acquisitions and manage any commissions. We oversee contracts, logistics and shipping, ensuring everything progresses smoothly and within agreed timelines.

Following completion, we provide a comprehensive document detailing all sourced artworks for your records.
