We’ll begin with an introductory meeting—ideally at the project site—to get a feel for the space and understand its unique characteristics.

During this session, we’ll discuss the project scope, your aesthetic preferences, and any collecting goals you may have, establishing a clear brief to guide the next steps. We’ll also review timelines, budgets, and fees to ensure full transparency from the outset.

In response to our discussions, we will prepare an initial presentation tailored to each space. This includes a considered moodboard of artworks, accompanied by artist profiles and relevant market context where appropriate.

Our aim is to introduce works that resonate both individually and as part of a wider narrative for your collection.

Following your feedback, we will refine the selection and present available works for each location. Alongside this, we will provide a clear schedule of proposed costs, as well as framing and installation estimates where required.

This stage is collaborative and fluid — a process of narrowing in on the pieces that feel right.

Once works are selected, we liaise directly with galleries and artists to secure acquisitions and manage any commissions. We oversee contracts, logistics and shipping, ensuring everything progresses smoothly and within agreed timelines.

We coordinate framing and installation on your behalf, working with our trusted partners to ensure each work is presented with care and precision. Our priority is a seamless and discreet experience from acquisition to placement.

Following completion, we provide a comprehensive document detailing all sourced works, including relevant information for your records. We are also available to support ongoing collection management, should your collection continue to grow and evolve.
